At LEVATE LABEL, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
